Report a problem
Use the Contact page to report a factual error, broken source, misidentified species or preparation, missing safety issue, undisclosed conflict, or unclear evidence grade. Include the page URL, disputed text, and supporting primary source when possible.
What happens next
We aim to acknowledge a substantive correction request within five business days. Timing is a service target, not a guarantee. Safety issues are prioritized. We verify the claim against the strongest applicable source before changing it.
Visible material corrections
A material correction changes a conclusion, evidence grade, species or preparation identity, number, safety warning, regulatory statement, or commercial disclosure. The page receives a dated note explaining what changed. Minor spelling or formatting fixes may be made without a formal note.
No silent evidence removal
We do not remove an inconvenient null result or safety finding to preserve a favorable conclusion. When an evidence grade changes, the updated page explains the reason and review date.
